Raven
Linda from Texas requested the Chinese translation for “raven” as in the bird, as in that famous poem by Edgar Allen Poe “The Raven”… which I can still recite by heart, btw… er, okay not really.

… where essentially the first character means “big,” the second character means “black,” and the third character means “raven” or “crow.” So loosely, “big black crow.”
