Today
Chrissy from Massachusetts requested the Chinese translation for “today” as in “today is the last day of some of your life”… think about it… lol… and SINCE I’m on a roll (hooah!), here’s something a little more insightful… “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.”… quote by Albert Einstein (words I live by, btw).

… where the first character means “now” or “presently” and the second character means “day.”

Please write (“Live for Today”) in Kanji characters. I do believe that if more people lived their life for today or in the present we wouldn’t have the metal problems, stress, anxiety, etc etc…..Everyone knows it however, they constantly get caught up in events of the past and future. I could display the Kanji (”Live for Today”) on a shirt, key chain, letter, email etc etc… then people may ask: What do these characters mean and then I would have a chance to help someone get a grip on what really counts…..Maybe!

Wow, popular request!… “live for today” would require the addition of 2 characters in front…
… where essentially the first two characters together translate as “grasp” or “seize.”
